Information gathering

We receive and store information about you, including:

• Information you provide to us: We collect information that you provide to us, including:
  • Names and surnames, email, address, postal code, payment method and telephone number. This information is collected in a number of ways, including when you enter it on our service, interact with our customer service, or participate in surveys or marketing promotionsç
  • information collected when you choose to provide reviews or ratings, when you set «My Account» and «My Company» preferences, your general preferences, or provide information to us through our service or other means.
• The information we collect automatically: We collect information related to you, the use of our service and your interactions with us and our advertising, also that information related to your computer or any device that you use to access our service (such as the systems of video games, smart TV, mobile devices and set-top boxes).   • Your activity on the Allstar service.

• The Allstar Family of Companies: We share your information with the Allstar Family of Companies as necessary to: process and store data; provide access to our services; provide customer service; make decisions about service improvements and content development; and as described in the Use of Information section of this Privacy Statement.
• Service Providers: We use other companies, agents or contractors (“Service Providers”) to perform services on our behalf or to assist us in providing the service. For example, we engage service providers to offer marketing, communications, infrastructure and IT services, which personalize and improve our service, process credit card and other payment transactions, provide customer service, collect debts, analyze and improve data, including information regarding our users interaction with our website, and process our consumer surveys. In the course of providing such services, these companies may have access to your personal or other information. • Allstar’s Protection and others: Allstar and its service providers may transfer personal information when we consider or reasonably consider that such transfer is necessary to (a) comply with any applicable legislation, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (b) enforce applicable terms of use, including investigation of possible violations; (c) detect, prevent or address illegal or suspected illegal activities (including fraudulent payment), security or technical problems; or (d) protect from harm to the rights, property, or Allstar’s safety, its users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a reorganization, restructuring, merger or sale, or any other transfer of assets, we will transfer information, including personal information, provided the recipient agrees to respect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

When we share personal information with countries outside the USA Economic Area and other regions that have comprehensive data protection laws, we will ensure that such information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Statement and the corresponding laws on data protection.

You can also choose to transfer your information in the following ways:

• By using the Allstar service, you can post reviews or other public information and third parties can use that information.
• Certain areas of our service may include a tool that allows you to share information by email, SMS text message, and social or other applications through clients and applications on your smart device
• Social plugins or add-ons (including those offered by Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Google) allow you to share information through those platforms.

The same social networks handle these plugins and these applications, and are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.

Access to «My account» and profiles

If you share or allow others to access your account, they will be able to view your information, including, in some cases, personal information such as your purchase, sales, customer, billing history and all related areas and account information (including your email address or other information in «My Account»).

The types of users allow the different members of your Work Team to have their own personalized Allstar experience, according to the area in which your staff works. Take into consideration that the profiles will be freely available to anyone who uses your Allstar account, anyone who has access to your Allstar administrator account can navigate to, use, edit or delete any profile. This must be explained to the other people who have access to your account, if you do not want them to use or update your profile, make sure they are aware of this situation.

Security

We believe we have reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and managerial measures to protect your personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use, and modification. Unfortunately, no security system is 100% secure. Based on this, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Other sites, platforms and applications

The Allstar service can be received through platforms or contain links to sites operated by third parties that may have policies regarding the handling of information different from ours. For example, you can access the Allstar service through platforms such as video game systems, smart TVs, mobile devices, set-top boxes, and a variety of devices with an Internet connection. These websites and platforms have their own privacy statements, data policies, notices, and terms of use, which we recommend that you read carefully. Also, you will likely find third-party applications that interact with the Allstar service.

You must be 18 years or older to subscribe to the Allstar service. In some jurisdictions, the age of majority may be when you turn 18, in which case you must be old enough to subscribe. While minors under the age of 18 may use the service, they can only do so with the participation, supervision, and approval of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

We will update this Privacy Statement from time to time in accordance with changes in legal, regulatory or operational requirements. We will notify you of such changes (including information on the implementation date) in accordance with the law. If you continue to use the Allstar service after the updates take effect, it will be construed as acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept any of the updates to this Privacy Statement, you can cancel and stop using the Allstar service.
